In 1976, I established TI in a modest, single-room office in New Delhi with one clear objective: to bring the right people together. Over the last four decades, we have grown from those humble beginnings into a dynamic, global operation—successfully placing more than 150,000 professionals across the GCC. Our Story

Inception

1976

Trehan International was established in Delhi, India, registered with the Ministry of Labour and Employment, Government of India.

Technological Advancement and Global Expansion

1980s & 1990s: The Rise of Recruitment Technology

This period marked the introduction of job requisitions, active candidates, job boards, online resumes, and the beginning of tactical recruitment and process outsourcing. The advent of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) revolutionized the recruitment process, making it more organized and efficient.

Expansion and Technological Adoption

1985

We broadened our horizon, establishing a network of national and international offices, signalling our commitment to global talent solutions.

1995

Our mobilizations to employers across the GCC nations saw a significant increase, reflecting our growing influence and operational capacity.

1996

The opening of our corporate office in Mumbai was a strategic move to better serve our expanding client base. Embracing new sourcing models, we positioned ourselves as pioneers, working directly with clients and candidates.

2000s - Present: The Age of Talent Acquisition

The new millennium ushered in advanced practices such as social media recruiting, employment branding, engaging passive candidates, video interviewing, and integrated Talent Acquisition strategies. The focus shifted towards creating a compelling employer brand, leveraging technology for candidate relationship management, and virtual onboarding.

Innovation and Global Footprint

2003

Adopting the Hub and Spoke model allowed us to expand geographically, enhancing our service delivery and reach

2008

Even in the face of economic recession, Trehan International achieved record numbers, a testament to our resilience and strategic planning.

2014

Marked our footprint in Kuwait, establishing international operations to tap into new markets.

2017

The launch of Attest My Doc revolutionized document authentication and visa services, simplifying the process for clients and candidates alike.

2020

Amidst the global challenge of COVID-19, we initiated local hiring drives in Kuwait, showcasing our adaptability and commitment to meeting client needs.

2023

Our expansion continued with the launch of Nurse Hiring Ventures and the introduction of new brands, FLEXR8 & Tezjobs, diversifying our services and reinforcing our global presence.
