Job Description
- Review data to determine trends, themes, and overall brand health from a reputation standpoint – provide actionable insights for improving customer perception
- Pull data from dashboards as needed
- Review survey results and provide actionable insights
- Assist in the creation of PowerPoint decks for leadership
- Project manage various aspects of the research and data collection process
- Communicate with third party vendors and internal stakeholders on data collection and findings
Role Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of performance marketing, data analyst, brand health, reputation management experience
- High business communication skills
- Knowledge of Marketing Research techniques and prior experience with Brand Health/Purchase Funnel/Brand Equity tracking programs highly preferred
- Expert knowledge of Excel – you should be able to sort, filter, navigate the data
- Experience conducting data accuracy checks – able to determine was is statistically relevant
