1. Service Overview
Trehan International provides International Recruitment, Staffing, and Related Support services, strictly in compliance with Indian laws and the regulations of the Ministry of External Affairs (MoEA)
2. Licensee Information
We are a Licensed Recruiting Agent (RA) approved by the Protector of Emigrants, MoEA
RA Number: RA5374 with our main office at 103, Raja Garden, Ring Road, New Delhi – 110015.
3. Scope of Services
- Facilitation of overseas job opportunities.
- Candidate screening, documentation, and placement support.
- Immigration/emigration support as per MoEA’s prescribed process.
4. Candidate Obligations
- Must provide true, accurate, and complete information.
- Must cooperate promptly for interviews, documentation, and legal formalities.
- Responsible for verifying the terms of employment before acceptance.
5. Client/Employer Obligations
- Provide up-to-date and accurate job information, compensation, contract details.
- Ensure compliance with their country’s labor/employment regulations.
- Disclose all job terms and changes in a timely manner.
6. Fees & Charges
- Candidates: Fees (if any) will NOT exceed the amount prescribed by MoEA, currently ₹30,000 + applicable GST or as revised by regulations.
- All receipts and invoices will be provided per law.
- No hidden charges. No fees for unsuccessful applications.
7. Documentation & Record-Keeping
- We maintain all records as required by the Emigration Act: contracts, receipts, employment terms, candidate/employer correspondence, and statutory reports.
- Data may be shared with authorities as required by law.
8. Confidentiality
- All personal and commercial information obtained through our services is maintained confidentially.
- Disclosure is only as necessary for service delivery, regulatory/statutory compliance, or candidate welfare.
9. Liability & Indemnity
- While we facilitate employment, we are not responsible for employer actions, workplace grievances, changes to job offers, or loss/damage not caused directly by our actions.
- Clients and candidates must indemnify us for any losses, third-party claims, or damages arising from misrepresentation or non-compliance.
10. Prohibited Conduct
- No misrepresentation of job offers.
- No unauthorized agents or sub-agents for recruitment.
- Strict adherence to anti-fraud, ethical, and legal standards.
11. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction
- Any dispute arising from services will first attempt to be resolved through discussion or mediation. If unresolved, the matter will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
12. Termination
- We reserve the right to decline, suspend, or terminate service in case of policy violation, legal non-compliance, or fraudulent submissions.
13. Amendments
- These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically. The effective version will be displayed on our website.
